    A 30-minute call to understand who you are, how you travel, and what you're hoping this trip will feel like.

    Proposal

    A tailored itinerary and hotel selection, with iterations until the plan feels right. I handle the research, negotiations, and fine print behind the scenes.

    Booking

    Once you approve, I book every hotel, transfer, and reservation, and prepare a full travel document.

    On trip

    I work with trusted local partners in each destination who serve as your in-country experts, so you have knowledgeable support in your time zone during travel.

How do you charge?

Signature Trip Planning is a flat planning fee based on trip scope and complexity, quoted after our first call. As a baseline, planning fees typically start from approximately €75 per day of travel. Annual Memberships are an annual retainer that covers multiple or unlimited planning through the year.

Which destinations do you plan?

Worldwide, with particular depth in Europe — Nordic region: Iceland, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Lapland and Denmark; Mediterranean: Italy, France, Spain, Portugal; Adriatic region: Croatia, Montenegro; Central Europe: Austria, Hungary, Slovenia; Japan, Bhutan, Southeast Asia, and African safaris.

What kind of hotels do you book?

Four- and five-star hotels, private villas, boutique properties, and ryokans across the world's leading luxury programs — Virtuoso, Four Seasons Preferred Partner, Aman Elite, Rosewood Elite, Belmond Bellini, and more.

How far in advance should I plan?

Ideally three to six months for peak-season stays, and up to twelve months for private villas, safari lodges, and yachts. Shorter timelines are workable based on availability and prior consultation.

Do you book flights?

I do not sell commercial airline tickets, only private aviation, but I advise on general routing, and I coordinate ground transfers where possible.
